By downloading, installing, or using LittleAnchor ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LittleAnchor.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use LittleAnchor. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. The App is intended for use by parents and caregivers only — it is not intended to be used directly by children.
LittleAnchor provides general parenting support tools and informational content about calming techniques. Nothing in this App constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice. The techniques and suggestions provided are general in nature and are not a substitute for professional guidance.
If your child experiences significant emotional dysregulation, behavioral challenges, or you have concerns about their mental health or development, please consult a licensed pediatrician, child psychologist, or other qualified healthcare professional.

We reserve the right to modify which features are available under each tier at any time, with reasonable notice provided through the App.
Premium access is available through the following options, processed via Apple's App Store:
All prices are in USD and may vary by region based on App Store pricing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests are governed by Apple's refund policy. LittleAnchor does not process refunds directly. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
You agree to use LittleAnchor only for its intended purpose of supporting parents and caregivers with child emotional regulation. You agree not to:
All content within LittleAnchor — including but not limited to illustrations, card content, instructional text, app design, and branding — is owned by LittleAnchor and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without prior written permission.
LittleAnchor is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty that the calming techniques provided will be effective for any particular child or situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LittleAnchor and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or emotional distress, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of LittleAnchor shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Your use of LittleAnchor is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described therein.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to LittleAnchor at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of LittleAnchor after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at littleanchorapp@gmail.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.
